Our tradition of service provides our customers with the opportunity to upgrade the Hannon diamond you choose now for one of greater worth at any time in the future. You will find the same great value then as you have today. We will issue full credit for your original diamond with proof of purchase (see note below).

Statement of Replacement Report

To establish your confidence in our quality, value and professional expertise, we provide our promise to you in writing with our Statement of Replacement Report.

This complementary Document includes detailed information about your new special diamond and can be used for buying insurance coverage. Upon your request, we will issue complementary updates for this report for the first 10 years.

Maintenance and Other Services

To insure your everlasting enjoyment with our engagement rings, for as long as you own your Hannon diamond ring, we will provide for you the normal and expected maintenance and service for your ring. (see note below) For as long as you own the piece, Hannon Jewelers will:

• Engrave your wedding bands free of charge.
• Polish, clean, and inspect your jewelry any time you wish.
• Repair up to two broken or damaged prongs.
• Size your ring up or down within one size of the original size one time free of charge.
